Upon inspection multiple items were determined necessary: Back roof area second story tree branch cutting Branches scraping roof.. Gutters and drain lines needed cleaning. All clogged. Remedial gutter drip edge installation was needed to prevent back of gutter draining between facial board and gutter. Shingle tab overhang was missing the gutter. All issues resolved

After extensive flood testing and other diagnosis the problems were clearly identified. 4” perforated ADS had been installed in a planting zone with trees and bushes allowing massive root invasion into the drainline causing total blockage. With one home , using rotary cutting tools, roots were extracted and cleared the blockage. The second home needs a completely new line installed to remediate the drainage issues. That is the next step.0

After an inspection it was determined that old gutter guards we’re not installed correctly and allowed debris to enter gutters. Old guards were removed and the gutters and downspouts cleaned and flood tested . No further work required.

Gutters and downspouts were totally blocked with A Massive back up of accumulated shingle grit and leaves. Downspouts were cleared and flood tested for proper flow. Also, the drainline conection from downspout to 4”ADS drainline was reconfigured to flow properly with some replacement parts.
